REFUNDS AND CREDIT, COUPON EXCHANGES
Moon Rabbit will offer in-restaurant credit for customer returns. Food items cannot be exchanged and no refund will be issued for the following;
PRE-ORDER NO CALL/NO SHOWS
Customers who have placed an order online and do not contact us within a reasonable timeframe will not be refunded for Eats! The food was made to order, we notified you that your order was ready for pickup and waited for an hour; fulfilling our end of the deal.
Moon Rabbit will work with you if you communicate within an hour of pick up time that you are delayed or unable to make it to the restaurant. At this time, there are NO REFUNDS for food purchases.
If a coupon that should be active at the time of checkout is not applied, please immediately contact us prior to checkout/payment. Any purchase made is final and the discount may not be applied retroactively.
